AI Business Tester
We are looking for an AI Business Tester to validate and improve the quality of AI-powered features. You will ensure our AI delivers accurate, reliable, and business-ready results by designing test scenarios, identifying edge cases, validating outputs, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, business, and AI-specific test cases.
- Validate AI responses for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and hallucinations.
- Test document processing, OCR, data extraction, summarization, and AI workflows.
- Create and maintain test plans, bug reports, and test documentation.
- Develop prompts and evaluate prompt effectiveness.
- Verify AI outputs against source documents and business rules.
- Perform regression, UAT, and exploratory testing for new releases.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to improve AI quality.
- Identify process improvements and recommend product enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis, QA, UAT, or Software Testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience testing business applications and documenting defects.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think from an end-user and business perspective.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with OCR, document intelligence, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, or SQL.
